Your BBM 12-hour workshop experience includes:
Breath-Body-Mind™ (BBM) breath-centered, evidence-based practices to enhance physical health, emotional balance, and stress resilience created by founders Richard P. Brown, MD, and Patricia Gerbarg, MD.
Live practice sessions with senior BBM instructors who will monitor your progress and coach you through each exercise.
Optional seating arrangements include yoga mats (we will loan you a mat, but you are welcome to bring your own) or chairs.
Live interactive lectures, demonstrations, and Q&A with Drs. Brown and Gerbarg via zoom.
Opportunity to network with others engaged in various forms of breath-work.
BBM Fundamentals Manual – detailed instructions covering the main exercises taught.
Complimentary follow up sessions regularly scheduled throughout the week via zoom throughout the following week.
Certificate of completion as the first step toward BBM Teacher training courses (optional).

First-time registrants:
$350 – early bird before January 1, 2026;
$400 – full price after January 1, 2026
Return participants who have taken a previous BBM program and wish to use this as a refresher - $200.
Cancellations are non-refundable after January 15, 2026.

This is a non-residential program. Those coming in from out of town should make their own arrangements for lodging Friday evening. We can provide some recommendations upon request.
