Who Is This Fundamentals Event For?
This BBM Fundamentals Retreat is open to anyone wanting to improve well-being, manage
stress, and experience the restorative effects of breath, movement, and mindful awareness.
Those who prefer in person, face to face events to Zoom training.
You don’t need to have prior BBM experience.
However, the 12-hour BBM Fundamentals is a required prerequisite for those who plan to continue on to Level 1 BBM Instructor Training.

All BBM practices can be modified to suit different levels of mobility and movement capacity.
Please note – the Beach Studio is on the first floor, up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there is not an elevator at this venue.
