This is a wonderful opportunity to make time for yourself and enjoy a wide range of BBM practices and longer practice sessions.

This event is designed as an online immersive retreat, including four hours of BBM practices. The extended practice sessions give you a longer opportunity to immerse yourself in the experience and explore the benefits of these carefully guided and tailored BBM sessions.
You will also receive 12-months access to recordings of the Retreat sessions – perfect for you to repeat on your own or if you cannot join us live!

Fee: $99 USD or £76 GBP
Open to everyone who has a regular BBM practice, or has completed a BBM Fundamentals course or above. Experienced BBM practitioners, instructors and teachers are welcome to attend for self-care and personal practice.
This retreat is not suitable for BBM beginners, who would benefit more from attending a beginners BBM class or BBM Fundamentals course.
Join experienced BBM Teachers Joanna Harper and Mandy Brinkley and participate as you wish - it is your time, your retreat!
Please note:
You will not be required to teach or lead practices as this is not a certification training. You can attend with your camera on or off.
BBM practices will be guided in English only. Only the teachers will be recorded.
