As a painter and graphic designer, I find that the BBM practices help my focus and free my creativity.

I began practicing BBM with Dr. Brown in the Fall of 2016. Later that year, I was experiencing my usual sea sickness on a ferry ride in Cambodia. Desperate to get relief, I closed my eyes and started doing coherent breathing for the final 35 minutes of the ride. The nausea disappeared, and I was told I had a Buddha-like smile on my face the whole time.

That, and the way coherent breathing has helped to regulate my sleep, led me to become a BBM teacher. I enjoy sharing these practices with others and hope they can find the same kind of relief.
