Yoga Teacher & Digital Marketer

I am a Montreal based yoga & meditation teacher. I teach privately as well as in group settings. I combine movement, breath, & meditation into an adapted package for my students. My training is continual and varied. I have studied with traditional gurus as well as with scientists such as Dr. Brown & Dr. Gerbarg. I will be infusing my classes with BBM. 

I am also a digital marketer, meaning that I help businesses advertise on the internet through paid advertising, as well as organic reach. 

As a side project, I am part of a charity organization called No Limit Generation, which aims to create a content platform to help refugee aid workers better understand trauma and mental health in order to heal the refugee kids under their guard. We are currently focused on the Rohingya crisis. My role is to contribute content and help with the marketing. I plan to integrate BBM into my well being practices addressed to the kids in video format.
