He presents his work through a secular lens, integrating yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness with body awareness, nervous system regulation, and daily life skills.

Organizing nature-based mindfulness activities, breathwork sessions, meditation gatherings, and yoga retreats, Ümit aims to support individuals in achieving physical, mental, and emotional balance. While yoga and mindfulness form the foundation of his practice, he occasionally incorporates the handpan and Tibetan singing bowls as supportive tools.

He continues his education in yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, while conducting individual sessions, group classes, corporate training, and nature-based mindfulness programs.
