I’m a registered Health & Wellbeing Coach, an NLP Practitioner, and a certified Breath-Body-Mind Instructor. I’m also undertaking further specialist training in Neurodiversity Coaching, with a focus on Autism and ADHD.

My work is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than pressure. I support the whole person — mind, body, sensory world, nervous system, and lived experience. Together, we explore what feels true for you, build practical tools that genuinely fit your brain, and create more space for steadiness and self‑compassion.
How I integrate Breath-Body-Mind
I weave BBM practices into coaching sessions to support nervous‑system regulation, emotional processing, state‑shifting, and grounding. These practices are always offered with choice, pacing, and clear boundaries, so clients can engage in a way that feels safe and supportive.
I also offer 1:1 Breath-Body-Mind sessions for those who want to focus specifically on BBM techniques for grounding, emotional regulation, and building a steadier internal baseline.
