I am an environmental chemist by training; however, as a result of a chronic health issue (Meniere’s Disease), I needed to find my own solutions. The Breath-Body-Mind practice was a major part of my successful recovery. This practice is an incredibly powerful tool that reduces stress, anxiety and provides a much needed level of calmness as an antidote to our very busy lives. I specialize in teaching children and teens.
