Kathy Jankowski dedicates her time and energy to strengthening the social fabric. She is a conscious workplace coach helping leaders and teams shift from transactional to transformational workplaces. Kathy is also a breath worker with a focus on social action. Her groundbreaking research and approaches to philanthropy promotion have helped leaders and organizations raise millions of dollars as well as identify and leverage interwoven networks to collaborate and build a world in which people can grow and flourish.
BBM’s tools and skills are needed now more than ever. Even before the pandemic, more than 90% of people Kathy trained and coached were experiencing moderate to high stress. These truly are the most efficient and impactful skills she’s encountered in a lifetime of looking. In addition to being a Level-3 BBM certified breath coach, Kathy is a Qigong trainer certified by Robert Peng. She’s also an expert in using the Enneagram as a tool for strengthening communication, decreasing conflict, and creating conversations for action. Her focus for 25 years has been on the developmental Enneagram (Levels, Instincts, Object Relations). She's trained in Riso-Hudson's Insight Approach to the Enneagram and is certified by the Enneagram in Business. In 2021-22, Kathy was a featured faculty member in The Shift Network’s one-year Enneagram series on conscious living and working.
Kathy is a tireless advocate for helping people cultivate joy and interdependence. She has trained extensively in trauma-informed approaches that integrate breath awareness, somatic experiencing, and polyvagal theory. Since 2012, she has supported nearly 7,000 people—from leadership teams, associations, schools, neighborhood groups, and nonprofit staff/clients to children and families, nurses, doctors, and cancer survivors. Kathy’s unique contribution is to bring these practical skills to bear in support of the vision and values of socially responsible people, organizations, and businesses so they thrive.
