Our goal at Repose Yoga Toronto is to improve health and well-being through the teaching of simple and accessible mind-body techniques in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. We are committed to sharing these healing practices with people from all walks of life experiencing anxiety, stress, and trauma. We teach BBM breathing practices in many of our yoga classes - especially yoga for anxiety.
