I am a retired elementary school teacher and certified Level 2 BBM instructor. My BBM journey with Dr. Gerbarg and Dr. Brown was incredibly special and educational. Through regular breathing exercises and gentle, easy, and scientific practices, I first and foremost made progress in my own healing process. I learned to create a safe environment for living, connecting with the world, and balancing mind and body. I look forward to sharing this experience and knowledge with children, youth, and adults online and in person in Turkish, amplifying this light and enlightening all who seek it.
