Pressure Proof ‘Challenges’ with Neuroscience and the Breath

We integrate neuroscience and the breath to eliminate business and personal 'hot seat' or pressure scenarios within corporate  and other environments to ascend to higher human potential, wellness and performance.

Outcomes are moving from indecision, doubt, fear, and feeling unsafe to feeling safe, aware, cooperative, creative, and a sense  of belonging.  Feelings and attitude move from a contracted view of things to an expanded view or broader vision.

Results include the ability to bounce back from stress, anxiety, or life's setbacks and releasing that which no longer serves a greater purpose.  Learn how to stay younger with the breath of longevity while activating innate healing capacities and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

My passion to serve the Military comes from the spirit of my father, two-tour combat Marine who instilled in me, “Freedom is Not Free”. My mother taught me that the highest quality of happiness was to find my purpose to serve others. Grandfather served in WWI and WWII with my father and uncle. My father also served in the Korean War. My brothers and uncle served in Vietnam; my nephew in Bosnia. Vincent Joseph Alagna went to boot camp at Camp Pendleton.

Having seen the toll of war and family conflict when loved ones went off to war—and the physical, mental, and invisible emotional wounds of trauma that affect those in the military—I chose to serve in another way, by helping families and military populations find relief from hyper-vigilance, anger, sadness, anxiety, emotional outbursts, isolation, road rage, night terrors, insomnia, flash-backs, feelings of guilt, physical, mental, and emotional trauma, and pain.

My goal is to support their return to their natural state before experiencing war or conflict. My mission is to have their back and to guide them and their families back to the Freedom they once knew. No one should be left behind; everyone deserves a chance to conquer stress, trauma, and pain.

I have facilitated breathing and meditation practices to the military population with PTSD since 2006. I became a Level-3 Breath-Body-Mind Teacher because I recognized this program to be a safe, efficient, highly effective method to decrease PTSD symptoms and increase quality of life in the military population. I can also teach BBM to improve performance in sporting competitions, professional athletes, HR wellness, caregivers, stressed employees and C-Suite.
