Burcu Gündüz Karakadılar, BBM, Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation

Çanakkale, Turkey

Burcu uses her knowledge of yoga and mindfullness in breathing exercises in accordance with the clients' personal needs. She is involved in voluntary humanitarian works. She works online and onsite with a variety of different groups, including performance artists, pregnant women, people with asthma, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, deppression, and postpartum depression.
With the enthusiasm about learning and sharing her experience with BBM exercises, she is confident in combining mindful body movements with BBM breath-works. She uses the nicknames 'sisu' and 'serpent'. Sisu in Finnish means intentional strength in a task that it may seem impossible to undertake that is what Gündüz felt in postpartum depression in Finland. Also inspired from Indian mythology about the existence of a sleeping snake at the end of the spine that yoga is done to awaken it and carry the life's vital energy to the top of the head to be free of mental pain.
Burcu loves to read about consciousness and yoga. She is teaching herself chi-gong recently. Her practice videos are in youtube in a channel called @yogayilani and in instagram @sisubreathwork. She has online lessons for bbm breath-work, yoga and meditation.
