Bill and Martha Benedict are Breath-Body-Mind Level-3 Certified Teachers. Their work includes leading the Chemung County Positive Breath Pilot Project together with Chemung County Mental Health Commissioner, Brian Hart. They have assisted Dr. Brown and Dr. Gerbarg in producing 4 Breathe and Heal, With the Power of the Breath Conferences. Martha is the Conference coordinator. In addition, they have assisted at BBM trainings at Kripalu Yoga Institute, Fort Drum Military personnel, and at Mohonk Mt. Resort and Spa. Bill and Martha conduct after school programs for students and staff and have worked with employees of the Chemung County Department of Social Services. They have provided services to individuals and small groups. Martha is a retired School Administrator from the Elmira City School District. Bill was the former Director of the Elmira Psychiatric Center.
