Anna is a BWY 300 trained Yoga teacher. She has studied and taught a variety of restorative styles of Yoga, including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga as this is where her passion lies. Breath, meditation and mindfulness are also incorporated into her classes. She is keen to help to give tools to those with anxiety and stress and deliver calming, healing and inspiring practices. Well-being is so important. Listening to our bodies to understand when there is dis-ease is so important for health. Bringing balance, calm and ease into our routines allows us to be healthier and wealthier in body and mind.
