Breath-Body-Mind Level-1 Teacher Training is an intensive program that provides the basic tools for teaching simple but powerful breathing, movement, visualization and relaxation practices. Trainees bring their own experience and prior education in psychology, medicine, yoga, rehabilitation, and many other disciplines. We encourage trainees to creatively integrate Breath-Body-Mind techniques into their work. Graduates often share with us the fruits of this integration, reporting that Breath-Body-Mind enriches their work and brings even better results with deeper healing to their clients.
